The Process
- At-Home Health Testing: Patients use a provided kit to perform tests measuring glucose levels, cholesterol, blood pressure, heart rate, and fat mass. The kit includes accurate, FDA-cleared devices for these measurements in real time. No waiting on lab results.
- Instant Result Upload: The test provides real-time feedback, and results are instantly and securely uploaded to a platform for your review.
- Provider Notification: Within 15-30 minutes of result upload, you will be notified that a patient is ready for consultation.
- Virtual Consultation: You will conduct a telemedicine session, reviewing the latest screening results alongside previous test data and patient medical history, when available. Your session will utilize AI to support the patient workup and summarize the patient’s complete medical history, when available, giving you a comprehensive, longitudinal view of their health information to inform diagnoses and recommendations.
- Diagnosis and Recommendations: Based on the comprehensive data, you will offer personalized advice, make informed diagnoses, suggest further actions or treatments, and discuss necessary lifestyle changes.
