 We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a 120-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in Wisconsin. Starting on 06/16/2025, this opportunity offers 8-hour shifts covering both weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with independent practice in a trauma setting, handling a diverse range of cases including obstetrics. This role requires expertise in anesthesiology, adaptability to various surgical scenarios, and proficiency with the Epic electronic health record system. The CRNA will be responsible for providing comprehensive anesthesia care, collaborating with the surgical team, and ensuring patient safety throughout procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide independent anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures

• Manage anesthesia for trauma cases

• Administer and monitor anesthesia during obstetric procedures

• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia plans

• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation

• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to anesthesia care

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Additional Information:

• Wisconsin state CRNA license required
