Start Date: Early December

Schedule: 10-hour shifts and 24-hour call

Responsibilities:

• Handle 150 annual heart cases

• Conduct patient histories and physical exams

• Perform daily patient rounds, including CVICU

• Provide patient education and prepare discharge summaries

• Retrieve vascular tissue for bypass conduits

• Utilize endoscopic retrieval methods

• Perform first-assist duties on cardiac and thoracic cases

• Manage pre and post-surgical patients under surgeon supervision
