Barton Associates is seeking a skilled Dentist specializing in endodontics for a locum tenens position in California. This unique opportunity offers an 11-day assignment starting 05/06/2025, with flexible dates available in May, June, July, and August. The ideal candidate will work 9 AM to 6 PM shifts, specializing in anterior, pre-molar, and molar root canals. The position also requires proficiency with SoftDent and CareStream software and offers the chance for extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform root canal treatments on anterior teeth, pre-molars, and molars
• Utilize the Endosequence System for endodontic procedures
• Review pre-existing Conebeam scans for each patient
• Provide high-quality endodontic care to pre-screened patients
• Maintain detailed patient records using SoftDent and CareStream software
• Collaborate effectively with dental assistants and other staff members
• Ensure efficient workflow to maximize patient care during shift hours
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Maintain high standards of patient care and comfort

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in California
• Strong expertise in endodontics required
• Familiarity with the Endosequence System preferred
• Ability to work efficiently with pre-screened patients and existing scans
• Excellent time management skills to handle a full day of procedures
• Flexibility to work on various dates as needed
