Barton Associates is seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens position at a Dental Clinic in Colorado. This 72-day assignment begins on 04/28/2025, with a Monday to Thursday schedule from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will be proficient in general dentistry and comfortable managing a high-volume practice with 6 hygiene columns. The dentist must be capable of providing same-day treatments and handling a diverse range of general dental procedures. There is also a chance for an extension with this job.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans 

• Provide a wide range of general dentistry services 

• Conduct same-day treatments as needed 

• Manage and oversee 6 hygiene columns 

• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions 

• Perform routine and complex dental procedures 

• Utilize Dentrix practice management software for documentation 

• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members 

• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of dental equipment 

• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures 

Requirements: 

• Active Colorado state dental license 

• Experience in general dentistry, including same-day treatments 

• Ability to manage a high-volume practice with multiple hygiene columns 

• Proficiency in Dentrix dental practice management software 

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
