Barton Associates is seeking a skilled Dentist for a 12-day locum tenens position at a Dental Clinic in Colorado. This assignment begins on 06/16/2025, with a flexible Monday to Wednesday schedule. The dentist will work varying hours: Mondays from 11 am to 8 pm, Tuesdays from 10 am to 7 pm, and Wednesdays from 7 am to 3 pm. The ideal candidate should be proficient in general dentistry procedures and comfortable using Dentrix software. There is also a chance for an extension with this job.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans 

• Provide a wide range of general dentistry services 

• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions 

• Conduct routine and complex dental procedures 

• Utilize Dentrix practice management software for documentation 

• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members 

• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of dental equipment 

• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practices and techniques 

• Communicate effectively with patients about their oral health and treatment options 

• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care 

Requirements: 

• Active Colorado state dental license 

• Experience in general dentistry 

• Proficiency in Dentrix dental practice management software 

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
