We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens position at a dental clinic in Florida. This 11-day assignment is spread across three periods: April 28-30, May 6-9, and May 12-15, 2025. The work schedule is from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a daily huddle at 6:45 AM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures and working with the Dentrix practice management software. There is also potential for assignment extension.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
• Provide a full range of general dentistry treatments and procedures
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct routine dental cleanings and preventive care
• Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Carry out simple extractions and other minor oral surgeries as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix software
• Collaborate effectively with dental assistants and hygienists
• Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations and standards
• Participate in daily team huddles to discuss patient care and clinic operations
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Florida
