 We are seeking a skilled General Dentist for a 63-day locum tenens assignment at a dental clinic in Georgia. Starting on 07/14/2025, this opportunity offers a Monday to Thursday schedule from 8am to 5pm with a 7:40am daily huddle, and rotating Fridays from 8am to 12pm beginning July 25th. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a range of general dentistry procedures including basic restorative work, crowns, bridges, fillings, and simple extractions. While experience with root canals and endodontics is beneficial, it is not required. This role demands strong dental skills, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality patient care using the Dentrix practice management system.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services

• Conduct fillings and simple extractions

• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

• Utilize Dentrix practice management system for patient records and scheduling

• Participate in daily morning huddles at 7:40am

• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient care

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with patients about their oral health and treatment options

• Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies

Additional Information:

• Georgia state dental license required
