We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens position at a dental clinic in Michigan. This 19-day assignment begins on May 5, 2025, and runs through May 30, 2025, with a Monday to Friday schedule. The ideal candidate will be proficient in general dentistry procedures, with a strong emphasis on extractions and dentures. As the sole provider during this assignment, the dentist will be responsible for managing a diverse range of dental cases and providing comprehensive oral care to patients.

Schedule: Mon-Thur 7:30am-5pm, Fri 7:30am-2:30pm 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Perform general dentistry procedures 

• Conduct dental extractions 

• Provide denture services 

• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions 

• Develop and implement treatment plans 

• Perform routine dental examinations and cleanings 

• Administer local anesthetics as needed 

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care 

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records 

• Collaborate with dental assistants and other staff members 

• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols 

• Manage patient flow and appointments efficiently

Additional Information: 

• Michigan dental license required 

• Experience as a sole provider preferred
