Job Description

We are seeking a Dentist to fill a critical locum tenens position at a Dental Clinic in Nebraska. This 65-day assignment begins on 05/01/2025, with a varied work schedule from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures, with a particular emphasis on extractions and dentures. As the sole provider at the clinic, the dentist will be responsible for managing all aspects of patient care.

Schedule: Mon-Tues 7am-5pm, Wed-Thur 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services 

• Perform dental extractions and fit dentures 

• Conduct routine dental examinations and cleanings 

• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions 

• Develop and implement treatment plans 

• Perform restorative procedures such as fillings and crowns 

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care 

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records 

• Manage clinic operations as the sole provider 

• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols 

• Collaborate with dental assistants and support staff

• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Nebraska
