Barton Associates is seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens position in Washington. This opportunity offers a 21-day assignment starting 05/01/2025, with weekday hours varying from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all aspects of general dentistry, as the office provides a full range of dental treatments. This role also requires proficiency with Dentrix software and offers a chance for extension.

Schedule: Monday 9 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Conduct dental examinations and consultations
• Carry out dental cleanings and preventive care
• Complete fillings, crowns, and other restorative work
• Perform extractions and other oral surgeries as needed
• Provide patient education on oral health and hygiene
• Utilize Dentrix software for patient documentation and care coordination
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff members
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and work assignments

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Washington
• Strong background in general dentistry required
• Comfortable performing all types of dental treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental clinic environment
