Barton Associates is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position at a hospital in Kentucky. Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages and conditions 

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries 

• Perform medical procedures and interpret diagnostic tests 

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals 

• Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation 

• Manage patient flow and prioritize cases based on severity 

• Adhere to hospital protocols and best practices in emergency medicine 

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members 

• Participate in any required departmental meetings or training sessions

Additional Information: 

• Must be comfortable with typical emergency room cases 

• Active Kentucky medical license required 

• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
