Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
• Provide patient education on preventive care and health maintenance
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Epic/ochin EMR
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in California
• Experience with Epic/ochin EMR preferred
