Position: Family Practice NP

Location: Maine

Start Date: Late October

Schedule: 10 hour shifts for 4 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide full scope primary care

• Manage chronic care cases and medications

• Support walk-in clinic (minor urgent care cases)

• Handle post-discharge follow-ups from ED

• Treat higher acuity cases due to elderly population
