A hospital in Oregon is seeking an experienced Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment starting 06/16/2025. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a variety of primary care cases and working with the Epic electronic health record system. This opportunity also offers the potential for extension.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages 

• Conduct patient examinations and develop treatment plans 

• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate 

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests 

• Provide patient education on preventive care and disease management 

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals 

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EHR 

• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures 

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care 

• Manage a diverse caseload of primary care patients
