Schedule: 10 hour shifts for 4 days per week
Responsibilities:
• Providing family medicine and walk-in care
• Managing chronic care and medications
• Supporting walk-in clinic (including minor urgent care cases)
• Handling post-discharge follow-ups from ED
• Treating higher acuity cases due to elderly population
Additional Information:
• On-site lab and X-ray facilities available
• Potential for assignment extension
• Facility uses CPSI EMR
