Barton Associates is working with a client to fill a locum tenens Family Practice Physician position in a clinic setting. This opportunity offers a chance to provide comprehensive primary care in a fast-paced, family practice/urgent care environment.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct well and sick exams for patients of all ages

• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes and asthma

• Treat common illnesses and provide urgent care

• Perform emergency room follow-up care

• Administer immunizations

• Conduct physical examinations

• Perform pregnancy testing

• Provide STD testing and treatment

• See walk-in patients in a fast-paced setting

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Nextgen EMR system


The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high-volume, diverse primary care setting and be proficient in using Nextgen EMR.
