• Monday-Thursday: 10am-6pm

• Friday: 9am-5pm

• Rotating Saturdays


Barton Associates is working with a client to fill a locum tenens Family Practice Physician position in a hospital setting. This opportunity offers a chance to provide comprehensive primary care services with a focus on preventive health.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams, sick visits, and well visits

• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests, x-rays, and other diagnostic procedures

• Provide direct clinical care with emphasis on health maintenance and preventive measures

• Perform medical procedures to address short-term health care needs

• Manage chronic medical conditions

• Develop and implement treatment plans

• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using PointClickCare EMR system


The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse range of primary care cases and be proficient in using PointClickCare EMR.
