Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM shifts from Mondays - Fridays

Responsibilities:

• Basic primary care

• Handling patients on narcotics and/or benzodiazepines

• Decreasing dosage or transitioning to alternate therapies

• Conducting tough conversations about medication management

• Seeing new patients
