 We are seeking a skilled General Surgeon for a 12-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in Wisconsin. Starting on 05/12/2025, this opportunity offers a varied schedule including day shifts, night shifts, and on-call periods. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with bread and butter general surgery, rounding, and managing on-call responsibilities for endoscopies. This role requires expertise in general surgery, adaptability to different shift patterns, and proficiency with the Epic electronic health record system. The surgeon will be responsible for providing comprehensive surgical care, including pre-operative assessments, surgical procedures, and post-operative management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform general surgical procedures

• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative care

• Manage on-call responsibilities for endoscopies

• Provide patient rounds and follow-up care

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
