Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct follow-up appointments for hematology and oncology patients
• Manage basic hematology and oncology cases
• Utilize Flatiron - OncoEMR system for patient documentation and management
• Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and side effect management
• Monitor and assess patients' responses to treatments
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary in consultation with the primary oncologist
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, if applicable
• Stay updated on the latest developments in hematology and oncology care
Additional Information:
• Experience in hematology and oncology required
