The ideal candidate will be available to start on 05/19/2025, working various weeks throughout the year until December 24, 2025. The schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This role involves managing a caseload of 70% oncology and 30% hematology patients, including follow-ups, active treatments, and new patient consultations. Experience with bone marrow biopsies is preferred but not required. The assignment also utilizes the Epic EMR system and offers the potential for extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive care for oncology and hematology patients
• Conduct 3-month, 6-month, and annual follow-up appointments
• Manage active cancer treatments and therapies
• Evaluate and treat new patients
• Perform bone marrow biopsies (if capable)
• Participate in weekly call rotations and monthly weekend coverage
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Adhere to hospital protocols and best practices
• Complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks
Additional Information:
• Oregon medical license required
