• Manage acute medical conditions and perform patient admissions

• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using PointClickCare and GeriMed systems
• Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain professional standards
• Adapt to the unique needs of geriatric patients in a long-term care setting
• Provide patient and family education on health management and disease prevention
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Stay updated on best practices in geriatric and internal medicine
