We are seeking a skilled Physician specializing in Internal Medicine for a locum tenens position at a rehabilitation center in Pennsylvania. This 156-day assignment begins on 04/28/2025, with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday. The physician will primarily treat patients involved in car accidents, providing acupuncture and trigger point injections, as well as conducting monthly follow-ups. This role involves working with patients currently in lawsuits, but does not require court appearances. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with these specialized treatments and managing patients with accident-related injuries.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide acupuncture treatments to patients involved in car accidents
• Administer trigger point injections as needed

• Assess and manage patients' recovery progress
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using paper charts
• Collaborate with rehabilitation center staff and other healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
• Provide patient education on treatment plans and recovery expectations
• Participate in care coordination for patients involved in legal proceedings
