Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide nursery coverage as the sole physician
• Perform neonatal resuscitation procedures
• Conduct rounds on neonatal patients
• Manage and treat critically ill newborns
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Cerner EMR system
• Ensure high-quality patient care and follow all hospital protocols and safety standards
• Adapt to the hospital's existing workflows and practices
• Participate in any necessary training or certification courses
