We are seeking a skilled and experienced OB/GYN Physician for a locum tenens assignment in Arizona. This 42-day coverage opportunity involves both clinic work and on-call duties at a hospital setting. The assignment begins on April 21 and includes multiple date ranges through June. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with women's health issues, high-risk OB patients, and potential deliveries during call shifts. This role offers a blend of outpatient clinic work and hospital-based care, providing a diverse and rewarding experience for the right physician. 

Job Details: 

Location: Arizona

LOA: 42 days (multiple date ranges) 

Provider Type Needed: OB/GYN Physician 

Schedule: Clinic hours Monday - Friday, 8a - 4p or 9a - 5p; 24-hour out-of-house call shifts

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive women's health care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Manage both follow-up and new patient appointments
• Perform procedures such as IUD insertions and removals
• Offer contraception counseling and management
• Conduct pap smears and interpret ultrasounds
• Care for high-risk OB patients
• Handle 24-hour out-of-house call shifts, including potential deliveries (approximately 30 per month)
• Utilize Meditech EHR system

• Flexibility to work varying clinic hours between 8 am - 5 pm
