Facility Type: 2 different facilities, about 15 miles apart. Length of Assignment: 120 days

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Starting: November

Job Description:

• Primary optometrist for rural community

• Medical treatments: diagnosing conjunctivitis, glaucoma, cataracts, dry eye

• Post-cataract treatment

• Routine vision screening, eye disease screening

• Update eyeglass or contact lens prescriptions

• EMR: Eyefinity
