Schedule: 6-8 hours per day

Responsibilities:

• Perform full mouth extractions

• Conduct all surgical extractions, including boney impacted

• Carry out sinus lifts

• Implement bone grafts

• Execute 3rd molar extractions

• Place implants, including All-on-4 procedures

• Facility willing to order specific implant systems or OS materials preferred by the provider

• Potential for assignment extension
