Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatrician for a short-term locum tenens assignment through Barton Associates in Maryland. This 6-day coverage opportunity begins on April 18th, with a half-day start, followed by full days from April 19th onwards. The schedule is 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a variety of pediatric cases, including wellness child checks, ear infections, ADHD consultations, and abdominal pain. Additional responsibilities include conducting rapid tests and managing medication refills. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified pediatrician to provide essential care in a dynamic setting.


Job Details: 

Location: Maryland 

Start Date: April 18th (half-day), then full days from April 19th 

LOA: 6 days 

Provider Type Needed: Pediatrician 

Schedule: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM 


Job Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Conduct wellness child checks
  • Diagnose and treat ear infections
  • Perform ADHD consultations

  • Utilize PCC electronic health record system
