This role involves managing Family NP patients, with access to previous notes. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct medication management follow-ups (30-minute and 60-minute appointments)
• Manage patients with ADHD, chronic anxiety, depression, and some autism
• Review and continue care plans for Family NP patients
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Charm EMR system
• Ensure high-quality patient care and follow all practice protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
• Adapt to the existing patient care routines and practices
