Another locum tenens opportunity has arrived in Kansas! Our client is looking for a psychiatrist to begin coverage in late June. Hours include 8a - 5p shifts from Mondays - Thursdays. The selected locum will be handling all aspects of psychiatry cases and procedures. There is a chance for an extension with this opportunity. This facility uses Meditech EHR. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handling general psychiatry cases and procedures
• Conduct psych evals and treatment plans as needed
• Utilize Meditech software for patient documentation and care coordination
• Collaborate with other staff members
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and work assignments

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice in Kansas
• Strong background in psychiatry required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced mental health facility
