Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages
• Perform DOT physicals, sports physicals, and work physicals
• Conduct suturing and manage basic sprains and fractures
• Handle workman's comp cases and interpret basic X-rays
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Develop and implement treatment plans for urgent care patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Experity EHR system
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Ensure efficient patient flow and timely care delivery
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in urgent care medicine
• Assist with any cases that present to the facility
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
• Experience with Experity electronic health record system preferred
• Strong expertise in urgent care procedures and treatments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and care coordination
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends
