Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide on-call urological surgical coverage
• Perform a wide range of urological procedures and surgeries
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop surgical plans
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up
• Respond to emergency urological cases during on-call hours
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and surgical teams
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the surgical process
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in urological surgical techniques
• Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences as needed
