Job Description

Barton Associates is partnering with a hospital in Washington to place a locum tenens Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day assignment starting June 1, 2025 covering Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.


Start Date: June 1, 2025

LOA: 120 days

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Facility Location: Washington

Provider Needed: Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Type of Facility: Hospital


Requirements:

• Washington state license


Responsibilities:

• Treat diabetic foot ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, and pressure ulcers

• Manage surgical dehiscence and open surgical wounds

• Perform debridement, I&D, NPWT, bone biopsies, total contact casting

• Apply compression wrapping

• Manage long-term IV antibiotics

• Handle 10-18 patients per day, plus occasional HBO patients and inpatient/ER consults

• No call, no weekends

• All ages treated

• Potential for assignment extension
